Welcome to Mr. Mars' Page and Room 360!  Mr. Mars currently teaches Psychology and International Problems.  He is also the Head Girls Cross Country and Track and Field Coach. 

In Psychology we study about the brain and human behavior.

In International Problems we look at recent history and current events to gain insight in to the challenges facing us both now and in the future.

Who am I?

Sean Mars graduated from Spanaway Lake High School in Spanaway, WA. While there his favorite pursuits included running Cross Country and Track, studying History, and exploring the Cascades with the school Hiking Club. After High School he attended Central Washington University , majoring in History and Social Sciences. While at Central Mr. Mars ran his first and only marathon (Emerald City Marathon), and survived an ascent of Mt. Stuart (Approximately 10,000 ft. in the Washington Cascades). He graduated summa cum laude in 1990.

Mr. Mars has taught in the Richland School District since 1990, and at Hanford since 1991. During the 1993/1994 School year he and his wife traveled to Germany and taught at the Black Forest Academy in Kandern, Germany. He and his wife have two boys, the oldest of which has just begun kindergarten.
